Description: The sweater is knitted from the bottom and up with 9 mm circular needles and is free from assembling. The work start out with a twisted rib followed by a short sequence of fair isle knit in scrap yarn. The body is knitted evenly till the body is finished, where after the sleeves are knitted. Then the body and the sleeves are connected by a fair isle pattern and increases are made throughout the yoke till the neckline forms by a few rounds of short rows. Finish off the sweater with a finished sweater.

The freestylevibe sweater should not have a large positive ease since it is relatively chunky. Find the correct sixe by measuring your chest circumference on the broadest point of your chest. If you measure 104-7 cm you should go with a size 4. 

Yarn suggestions: 

The main color consists of two strains; one “Brushed Wool” by Hjertegarn (50 gr. = 150 m) combined WITH one handdyed “Chunky Alpaka” by Knit Your Vibe (50 gr. = 140 m) OR 1 tråd Drops Melody (50 gr. = 140 m).

The contrast color should be approximately the same thickness as the main color. If you want a more vivid expression in the contrast work you can purposely knit with several strains of the contrast color. 

Gauge: 10 x 10 cm = 11 sts x 16 rows with 9 mm needles. 

Needles: 8 mm and 9 mm circular needles, 80 cm and 20 cm for 8 mm needles. Double pointed needles (dpns) mm and 9 mm for the sleeves. The dpns can be omitted if you are using the magic loop technique on a long circular needles.
