The Vibe You Need Sweater with fade from Beige to Blue is worked in scarps and yarn from Önling.
The Beige sweater is knitted in Malou Light fra Lang Yarns.
Description of The Vibe You Need Sweater The Vibe You Need Sweater is a soft, lightweight summer sweater worked from the top down in Stockinette Stitch with saddle shoulders. There are two options for the neckline: either a loose high neck with a rolled edge (the high neck is primarily a design feature rather than a warm collar) or a folded ribbed collar. After the neckline has been worked, the stitches are divided into shoulders, front and back. The entire sweater is worked in Stockinette Stitch. The shoulders extend beyond the natural shoulder line to create an oversized silhouette. Short rows are worked after the neckline to shape the back neck and ensure a comfortable fit. Once the shoulders and short-row shaping are complete, the work is divided for the sleeves, after which the body and sleeves are finished separately. The body is initially worked flat as separate front and back pieces. After the armholes are completed, the body is joined and worked in the round. Stitches are picked up for the sleeves, which are worked in the round in Stockinette Stitch. Both body and sleeves are finished either with rolled edges or ribbing.
The Vibe You Need Sweater can be worked with either 1 strand or 3 strands held together. The pattern includes instructions for using scrap yarn and creating fades. The 3-strand version is ideal for scrap yarn and fade effects. The 1-strand version is worked in a single colour.
The choice of yarn has a significant impact on the finished look, allowing the sweater to be fully customised to suit individual preferences and needs.
Hence the name: The Vibe You Need Sweater.
